Holly graduated from Philadelphia University in 2001 with a B.S. in Biology and in 2007 with an M.S. in Health Sciences. She taught mat pilates for over 10 years and had been taking barre classes for 2 years prior to completing the intensive BFF training and joining their team.
She has always made exercise, health and fitness a priority in her life. Her fitness journey began with a love of running and racing. She eventually transitioned to indoor cycling after an injury led her off the pavement. Along the way she latched onto the many benefits of pilates and this became the one constant in her fitness routine…..until she found barre. Holly embraced the physical benefits of barre that she hadn’t been able to achieve with other workouts and was immediately hooked. She believes in the BFF method and is thrilled to be a part of such an amazing team.
She strives to bring excitement, positivity and encouragement to each class while helping clients reach their fitness goals.
Outside the studio, Holly is a mom to two little girls and works as a PA in internal medicine.
