Michelle is a seasoned Yoga instructor with more than 12 years experience. She has been formally trained and certified by Yogi Baron Baptiste as a Vinyasa Power Yoga instructor and is certified by Denny Waxman of the Strengthening Health Institute in macrobiotics cooking.
She has studied ballet, tap, jazz and gymnastics and is an active vegan. She has a passion for health, fitness and whole body wellness. She has an expert understanding of body alignment and sculpting long lean muscles to create an ideal dancers body.
Teaching Barre for Barre Focus Fitness was a natural progression as it combines all of her strengths. In addition to teaching Barre she currently teaches Vinyasa Power Yoga with Focus Fitness of the Main Line and is the Director of Human Resources for a public school district. She welcomes you to join her in her high energy, physically challenging barre classes.
